There are no current consultations.

The recent consultations for Escorting Visitors in Mines, Plant Maintenance (Quarrying and Mining), and Health, Safety & Environmental Management in the Extractive & Minerals Processing Industries have been completed and the resulting QCF qualifications are in the process of approval by OfQual.

Development work is underway for QCF qualifications in:

• Mine Surveying
• Contractors working on extractive industries sites
• Special mining operations
